Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities
šStrategic Marketing Leadership: šAdvise management on the strategic direction of the companyās marketing efforts. šDevelop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives. šAnalyse market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies. šdevelop and deliver performance tracking of marketing activities to present to management.
Qualifications and Requirements
š5+ years of experience in marketing within the financial services industry, with a preference for experience in the digital asset space. šDemonstrated experience working with institutional clients. šStrong strategic thinking and analytical skills. šExcellent written and verbal communication skills. šProficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. šAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. šStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. šBachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. šSelf-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. šCreative and innovative, with a keen eye for detail. šAdaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry. šExperience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus šA deep understanding of the current regulatory landscape surrounding digital assets. šA creative spark for developing engaging content formats (e.g., webinars, podcasts).
