Job Summary
Your mission:
📍Support the FP&A team and be a key part in helping the growth of the business 📍You will play a key role in supporting and expanding our use of Pigment (our financial planning and reporting tool), gaining valuable experience and work on various FP&A projects. 📍Maintain data integrity and accuracy within Pigment 📍Develop, automate, and customize dashboards in Pigment for the management team 📍Participate in the complete monthly closing process, including verifying/cleaning accounting data and importing it into Pigment 📍Prepare presentations for the Board of Investors 📍Contribute to process improvements to boost overall efficiency 📍Support the team with ad-hoc reports, data analysis, presentation and projects 📍Help to develop and evaluate new financial reporting and KPIs analysis in order to support management’s business decisions
What we're looking for:
📍Bachelor’s degree (Bac +5 – business or engineering school) with strong analytical skills 📍You are fluent in French & English 📍You have interest in information systems and data management tools 📍Experience with using Pigment or other financial tools is highly appreciated 📍You have solid Excel and modelling skills 📍You understand the fundamentals of analytical P&L (Profit and Loss) including Margin and EBITDA
